"Thank you all for taking care of Gibbon for so long. He hid behind the sofa for about half an hour when we got home and then came out and looked around. He is settling in well and loving being outside even in the rain.

I just wanted to write to let you know how amazing Julie is. I am about to put my nearly 18 year old cat into your cattery on Saturday for 5 weeks while I am away in Greece and am very sad to be leaving her for such a long time and Julie is making me feel very comfortable in reassuring me she and her staff will take good care of her in my absence. The last time I put my cats into a cattery one died the night after leaving them so as you can imagine I am very nervous and sad to be leaving my furry friend especially for such a long time. I am sure you already realise what an asset Julie is to your business but I just wanted to take the time to let you know how confident I feel that Julie has reassured me she will be loved by your staff in my absence. I am taking all her food as she is very fussy and Julie is very happy with that and has not at any time brushed aside any of my concerns.

When I went to visit your cattery to book Poppy in I took a girlfriend with me who has 3 cats and has been taking them to another cattery and was also impressed with Julie that she will now be going to your cattery and will no longer take her cats to the other cattery. The cleanliness is to be commended and the obvious love and care the cats receive is evident as all the cats look very happy and relaxed.

Thank you as the owner and well done for ensuring the  running of such a great cattery for us cat lovers to be able to leave our beloved cats when we go away.

My cats have been long-stayers at Finisterre on more than one occasion, during house repairs and again when the house was on the market.

Chantel is a Cat Whisperer, she and her team work their magic and my cats manage to come home in better condition than they went in.

The care at Finisterre is first class, they not only care FOR the cats, they care passionately ABOUT the cats, and that makes all the difference.

Highly, highly recommended.
